An opportunity to join a practice just north of Oxford. The practice is GP training for Registrars and medical students and often carries out research with Oxford University. The practice offers a very open culture where everybody’s ideas are shared. No duty doctor or extended hours for a Salaried GP. Salary – circa £8,000 – £8,500 per session (dependent on person/skills/experience) + 6 weeks’ annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension Location – Oxford (north) The surgery – Purpose-built practice Good across the board – CQC 2017 Play active role in CCG Approachable Partners and Clinicians Mixed/affluent patient base Training practice – registrars and medical students Mid-sized practice Support of Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurses Excellent back-up team, dedicated scanners, input clerk, secretaries, reception team, management team GPs meet for coffee every day for 30 minutes Friendly team Your role – 4 – 5 sessions Below average workload Morning – flexible start time – 16 patients 30 minute coffee break for all GPs every day Afternoon – flexible start time – 1 patients Limited home visits, 1 would be about normal No duty doctor for Salaried GP No extended hours for Salaried GP The benefits – Salaried GP circa £8,500 per session 6 weeks’ annual leave 1 week study leave NHS pension If you would like to be considered for this post, please use the ‘Apply’ section below and attach your latest CV.
