We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to work for one of our most valued NHS clients based in Wakefield, as a Recruitment Assistant. Working in the Recruitment department, you will be in the heart of the head office, in a rewarding role, helping to bring new staff in to the organisation. In this role you will be undertaking all administrative processes relating to the delivery of a professional, customer focused recruitment service for the Trust, including: *Liaising with recruiting managers regarding new and outstanding vacancies *Speaking to new and potential members of staff to ensure their application is progressed in a timely manner *Provide administrative support to the recruitment process *Use of the computer systems to upload the new staff information *Ensure all new staff are compliant to NHS regulations and have the correct right to work in the UK This is a bustling friendly office with free parking onsite and a fully stocked staff canteen. Full time, Monday to Friday, this role is paying £8.01 per hour, rising to £8.70 after 12 weeks. You will receive 28 days annual leave, rising to 35 days after 12 weeks, a pension and access to our in house training portal with over 1000 courses. To be successful in this role you will be highly organised with a great telephone manner and the ability to prioritise your workload.
