Information Governance Support Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, full time Location: Leeds Salary: Competitive + Benefits About Capita | PCSE On 1 September 2015, Capita took on responsibility for delivering NHS England’s primary care support service – now called Primary Care Support England (PCSE). Our priority is to continue delivering the services customers receive today, but also introduce new arrangements to help us create national, consistent services for all our users. The support we offer ranges from key administrative and payment services, to managing supplies, performers list and market entry applications, through to moving medical records. We do this and more for GPs, Dentists, Opticians, and Pharmacists as well as those working in the teams around them and associated disciplines. About the role The holder of this role will be responsible for supporting delivery and maintenance of an Information Governance and Security compliance framework and Informative Governance and Security incident management across Primary Care Support England (PCSE), both in line with Capita policy, industry best practice, Government and NHS policy, NHS Information Governance Toolkit, and NHS England contractual requirements. What you will do Support and operate the PCSE Information Governance and Security incident management practices Produce daily, weekly and monthly comprehensive Information Governance and Security reports Ensure that all Information Governance and Security incident notifications and investigation reports are developed, reviewed and submitted on schedule and to a high standard Deliver awareness of Information Governance and Security across PCSE through numerous delivery methods including formal presentations Ensure that all documentation complies with client requirements, appropriate certifications and Capita policy Offer advice and guidance on Information Governance and Security to employees at all levels to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information processed by PCSE Support and facilitate scheduled audits by external auditors Arrange, attend, and perform administration such as taking minutes as required, Information Governance and Security meetings Your experience will include Facilitating or supporting external audits Relationship and stakeholder management Report writing, delivering presentations, and developing dashboards Ability to communicate and influence colleagues, 3rd parties, and clients Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills Knowledge of ISO 27001 standard Public sector/NHS background beneficial Related Information Governance and Security qualifications desirable What’s in it for you?
